Established on August 1, 2019 (Shrawan 15, 2076 B.S.), Pay Nep Private Limited is the sixth licensed Payment Service Provider of Nepal, authorized by Nepal Rastra Bank. The company aims to empower all Nepalis—regardless of cultural, regional, or educational background—through a unified digital payment platform.

Pay Nep offers a user-friendly digital wallet and an open API-based integration system for BFIs and payment platforms, enabling seamless financial transactions without the need for physical branch visits. It also provides an API-based aggregator for merchants to support both operational and transactional needs.
