It is a five-star resort developed on ~142,783 sq ft in Budhanilkantha, positioned on the Shivapuri foothills overlooking Kathmandu. Under license from InterContinental Hotels Group to operate as Holiday Inn Resort Kathmandu Budhanilkantha. The hotel has 102–104 rooms, including suites, with large-format TVs. The hotel is in pipeline of SEBON for issuance of shares to public and waiting for approval.
